The cocktails are on point. They had an enticing list of various holiday themed cocktails with their own Fat Pigeon interpretation or twist. I eschewed the creative libations, opting for one of my go-tos: a Negroni. This one was made with The Botanist Gin, Carpano Antico, and Campari. It was stirred on ice then strained into a lowball with a big clear cube and a twist. It was very well-executed. And, it was served in a holiday glass with dreidels on it! What a nice touch.
This bar is so fun--make a stop here at any time of year. I think they do change themes.
